The "Aegis-i Series: Eagle AOTP/Raptor AOTP" is fully developed in-house, so the body and software can be customized according to customer needs. The non-contact method does not damage the cutting edge of the blade, making it ideal for measurement of diamond, CBN, and other expensive tools.

Tool presetter SOTP

The "Aegis-i Series Falcon SOTP" is a non-contact type presetter using a 330,000-pixel CCD camera developed fully in-house. Since the holder is securely clamped by an air cylinder, it provides superior repeatability in attaching and detaching compared to "just putting a tool on" or "vacuum clamping using negative pressure.”

Hydro chuck for CNC automatic lathes

This chuck streamlines tool changeover in a narrow lathe machine and reduces setup time by about 60%. The data shows that the cutting tool attach/detach process took approximately 1 minute and 18 seconds with the collet holder, but with this hydro chuck, the process is completed in approximately 29 seconds, a significant improvement in efficiency.
