Hydro chuck

Easy chucking with a single wrench, hydraulic chuck ideal for high-precision machining. It uses hydraulic force to hold the tool and can be attached and detached without force, and its high mounting accuracy suppresses runout and provides excellent rigidity.

Collet chuck NT・MEVIUS

This is a collet chuck series for ASEAN that is high precision, user-friendly, and has high-cost performance. The performance quality and build quality are equivalent to those made in Japan. At the time of its release, this product was intended to be sold only in the ASEAN region, but it is now being used in China, the United States, and other parts of the world.

Screw-in tools with interchangeable cutting edges

The use of edge-changing tools allows for minimum tool protrusion length, maximizing the rigidity of the machine and enabling highly efficient machining.

Tool presetter AOTP

The "Aegis-i Series: Eagle AOTP/Raptor AOTP" is fully developed in-house, so the body and software can be customized according to customer needs. The non-contact method does not damage the cutting edge of the blade, making it ideal for measurement of diamond, CBN, and other expensive tools.

Tool presetter SOTP

The "Aegis-i Series Falcon SOTP" is a non-contact type presetter using a 330,000-pixel CCD camera developed fully in-house. Since the holder is securely clamped by an air cylinder, it provides superior repeatability in attaching and detaching compared to "just putting a tool on" or "vacuum clamping using negative pressure.”

High-pressure cleaning tool: Boost Master

High-pressure water of up to 15Mpa removes chips remaining at the bottom of φ5 holes in 0.5 seconds! ATC (Automatic Tool Change) allows the nozzle to be changed from direct to side injection, and the index table can be used to clean from various angles. It is also highly versatile to set the pressure arbitrarily according to the cleaning application and part.

Power hydro chuck

Standard type hydro chuck of NT tools. The 4d tip achieves a high runout accuracy of 3 microns The unique hydraulic chamber mechanism provides high vibration absorption (anti-vibration effect), enabling good cutting surface finish.

Slim hydro chuck

This holder is ideal not only for drilling and reaming with interference, but also for 5-axis finishing end milling. It is a high-precision slim hydro chuck with runout accuracy of 3μm, while it has been improved from the previous model to be even slimmer.

Hydro chuck Omega

The tool "does not come off" even in the precession phenomenon of heavy-duty cutting, "does not vibrate" in cutting, and "does not bend" with little falling of the cutting surface in endmill side cutting. This is a holder with high gripping force and high precision that achieves all of these. It reduces zero-cut after machining and the load on the next process by reducing the amount of workpiece left over, thereby contributing to a reduction in cycle time!

Hydro chuck for CNC automatic lathes

This chuck streamlines tool changeover in a narrow lathe machine and reduces setup time by about 60%. The data shows that the cutting tool attach/detach process took approximately 1 minute and 18 seconds with the collet holder, but with this hydro chuck, the process is completed in approximately 29 seconds, a significant improvement in efficiency.
